This is a really great website, I love star trail photos as having a landscape in the foreground really gives a great sense of scale. I have just started to attempt astrophotography. I particularly enjoy star trail photography or any astrophotography that only requires a fixed tripod.

Hi Kiran,
Yes, fixed-tripod astrophotography is very enjoyable. I usually do these things while my other gear is taking deep sky images, but I have a lot of fun with these images, and they usually give a lot less headaches than the deepsky ones :-)
